SustainPass is an initiative of Terravate Association.
This document applies to the SustainPass website only. Separate app terms and privacy notices will be published before the app launch.
Terravate Association acts as the data controller under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
The website may process contact information submitted voluntarily, technical information necessary for website operation, and anonymized website analytics.
Google Analytics is used with privacy features including IP anonymization/appropriate privacy configuration where applicable. Analytics are used solely to improve the website and understand aggregate visitor behaviour.
Payments are not processed directly on this website. Where payments are made through TWINT or PayPal, the respective provider's terms and privacy policies apply.
